Coaching Certification

* Any person interested in coaching for the DVYFC must first contact the President of the city you are interested in coaching. The President will submit your name to the league and the registration process will begin.

* You will be required to pay a registration fee and fill out a data base with your information that will be used for the purpose of a back ground check. DO NOT FILL OUT A DATA BASE THAT WAS NOT SENT DIRECTLY TO YOU.

* After your fee has been paid and your data base has been filled out and submitted, you will be instructed on how to submit your CPR, First-Aid, NYSCA cards and Photo. DO NOT SEND IN ANY CARDS UNTIL YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE DATA BASE, AT WHICH TIME YOU WILL BE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.

* Presidents will receive weekly updates on the current status of what is missing from each coach. Presidents are responsible for communicating to each coach their current status by making sure each coach has submitted all of the required docmentation.

Scholar Athlete

The DVYFC sponsor's a scholar athlete program for all participants. Any child involved with any of our orginizations with a 3.5 or greater GPA will be recognized.

The purpose of the Diablo Valley Youth Football Conference is to inspire youth, regardless of race, creed, national origin or sex. To participate in the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness.
