Protest Form
This form must be filled out immediately after either a game is being protested or a rule is being protested. This form has to be completed entirely within 24 hours of protest to be valid. A protest fee must be mailed to Diablo Valley Youth Football Conference, P.O. Box 2949 Castro Valley, California 94546. A copy of the check ($50.00) must be sent as an attachment along with this form. If a fine is assessed the fine must be paid in full before an appeal is heard. If the fine is not paid, your city will
NOT
be able to continue in post-season play.
